FAQ’s:
Do I need a pole to participate? I will be providing exercises that include pole movements so I would recommend it.
I’m new to pole, will this work for me? Yep! I’ll be focusing on foundational, feel-good movements in our movement time together.
I’m injured/busy, can I do it later? Of course! But I would recommend sticking with the rest of the crew if you can; as home polers social support can be hard to find and I want you to get the benefit of it!
Please note that the reset will be hosted in Slinker’s Circle, the studio's private community space, and will be governed by the studio’s code of conduct, which you can find here.
This is a challenge intended to help you find sustainable movement that feels good in your body and NOT to change that body; we won’t be discussing dieting or weight loss as part of this challenge.
