Pole Pathways

Want to build your pole movement vocabulary? Looking for more ease and flow in tricks you might already know? Pole Pathways the class for you! Each class focuses on a specific key principle in pole movement and includes instruction in a sample of spins, holds, climbs and (optional) inversions that build on that principle. You are encouraged to explore dancing with and combining the movements that most appeal to you and all classes include an optional freestyle portion.

Polers of all levels are welcome: I ALWAYS include beginner-friendly options in every class.

Freestyle Flow

Want to explore your own authentic pole movement and unlock your effortless freestyle flow? Check out Freestyle Flow! These classes are a ton of fun and one of my favorites to teach. (Shh! Don’t tell my other classes ;) We’ll start with a guided warm up, explore movement exercises together and wrap up class with a total dance-it-out freestyle. You’ll also have the option to bring a song to dance to, so start thinking on that.

Polers of all levels welcome, no pole required (feel free to get your floorwork on!).

Feel good flex

Looking to increase your range of movement, take care of your muscles and joints and just feel really good? Join us for feel good flex! Class starts with a full body warm up before we focus our attention on two specific areas for each class (for example: front splits & shoulder extension). We’ll work on strengthening and supporting these areas so that we can find more freedom and movement before we end with some gentle static stretching. Polers of all levels welcome, no pole required.

Strength for Slink

Want to build strength to help you nail your nemesis trick? Preparing for a performance? Just looking for a sweaty good time? Then you’ll love this self care focused conditioning class. This class combines body weight strength training (with options for additional resistance if you would like) and low-impact endurance to get you hot, bothered and a little bit buffer ;). Progressions & regressions are always provided and class includes a full body warm up and cool down. Polers of all levels welcome, no pole required.
