What is Slink Through Strength, anyway?

We’re an online-only pole studio specifically created for nerds who want to improve their relationship with their bodies… through science! 🧪 If you’re a bit of a weird nerd looking to feel better in your skin you’ll fit right in.

What you will find:

  • All-level pole classes with a focus on building movement mastery

  • Freestyle and self-guided movement exercises to help you explore and deepen your dance; not just try on someone else’s

  • Accessible, effective conditioning and mobility work to help support your on-pole work

What you won’t find:

  • The latest, hottest flips and tricks

  • Brutal, high intensity conditioning

  • Choreography to learn

  • Diet culture

  • Gender essentialism or transphobia
