Excerpt:

Fran:  As we age, we tend to get a little stiffer and a little more cranky. I never warmed up when I was in my twenties. I'd go into the gym and just lift heavy, right? And now I'm a half an hour warming up and I love it. It's my favorite part of the workout is just to get everything going. So honoring that is really important as well and getting your hormones checked, you know, of course your, your doctor, if they really don't want to do it, if you're experiencing any kind of weirdness, tired, achy weight gain, those kinds of things, those are not normal.
