FAQs
What should I take if I’m new to pole?
Any class you like! All my classes are multi-level and I work very hard to ensure that students of all levels of ability are given level-appropriate movement challenges to help them succeed and grow.
Do I need my own pole?
For Pole Pathways, yes. All other classes are pole optional.
When do class sign ups end?
One hour before class starts.
Do you offer class recordings?
Yes, they’re included by default and will be emailed to you after they’re done rendering & uploading.
Can I get a refund if I miss class?
You may cancel or reschedule your class at any time up to one hour before class starts. After that time no refunds are available (but you will get the recording whether or not you’re able to attend live).
What if I’m not strong or flexible or don’t know many pole moves?
I take level-appropriate training extremely seriously: I will work with you to find an option that is appropriate for where your body is at the moment. (That said, if you’ve been injured please do wait to return to training until you’ve been cleared for it by your doctor.)
What should I wear?
Something that you’re comfortable and can move in. For pole technique classes I’d recommend shorts and a top that can expose your waist and armpit if needed. I do ask that all students maintain at least thong and pasties level of coverage.
Do you only take women as students?
Students of all genders are welcome as long to participate in class.
What currency are your prices in?
All prices are in US dollars (USD).
Do you offer discounts for strippers or sex workers?
Sure do! Just use the code “ISWORK” for 75% off any of regularly-scheduled drop-in classes. (No questions asked :).
